When we started our business, we were disillusioned with all the extras that were being added to mixes available at the supermarket. We decided there was a need for a natural product with out the additives or preservatives. We also wanted to make our products easy to use and use fresh produce to make quick, easy, and very tasty meals. We first sold them at a market in Christchurch and as the word got out, we moved to a very efficient mail order system.
