Currently in development, Carlton Butchery will open at 181 Victoria Street in late 2011/ early 2012. As a restaurant, cafe, deli, bar and cooking school, Carlton Butchery will be a must visit destination on the central city fringe for Christchurch foodies and offer a haven for those in search of quality food and drink in an inviting environment.
